Till we meet again

Written by Lady Jude

Till we meet again

Never forget me
As our paths divide
Always remember me
With smiles and laughter
Treasured memories that
Last forever after

Remember the happiness
Remember Only the laughter
Forget me not
As time goes by
Until we meet again
I’ll bid you well
And I’ll remember
Together we were always
Booming with laughter

Why does it take a minute to say hello and forever to say goodbye? I guess it’s because certain farewells can be harder than others. When we are to part with friends and know in our hearts that somewhere in the future that we will meet again, the farewell can be bittersweet. But if we are to part for an uncertain period of time from a loved one, the farewell will take on a different meaning and feeling. That’s because the heart so much refuses to let go, and that’s what makes it so much harder to let go.Wonderfully written… :o)

Lovely poem. So glad you are keeping better. Mixing with friends, that’s great. Glad your son is home and safe. Don’t worry about a wee job, the one that’s right for you, will come up in time. Take care X
